Never Give Your PIN to anyone

Every individual is becoming a victim of scams. Protecting your personal information and financial assets is especially important when you use apps for your financial needs. 

It is common for scammers to contact you and pretend to be from your online payment service provider and then ask for your PIN. You will never be asked for your PIN by Rizeapp, so please never provide it to anyone. By providing your PIN, a scammer can access your account and steal all of your financial assets and personal information. 

This is how you should protect your account:

• Don't give out your personal or account information to anyone you don't know.
• Be suspicious of any code you receive without request. 
• Don't provide your PIN code to anyone. There is a possibility that your account will be compromised.
• Contact your service provider immediately.
